1. Delivery Method

All Simonclicks products are digital assets. No physical items will be shipped to your address. Upon successful generation or purchase, your files will be delivered via:

  • Instant Dashboard Access: High-resolution files will appear directly in your Simonclicks account gallery.

  • Email Confirmation: A download link will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

2. Delivery Duration (Processing Time)

We pride ourselves on "Studio quality without the studio wait." Our delivery timelines are as follows:

  • AI Image Generation: Typically delivered within Standard 1 day per request.

  • AI Video Generation: Depending on complexity and length, videos are usually processed and delivered within 1 day.

  • Custom/Batch Orders: For bulk e-commerce projects (100+ assets), delivery is typically completed within 2-4 days.

3. Technical Delays

While our AI engine operates 24/7, delivery times may occasionally be impacted by high server traffic or API maintenance. If your generation takes longer than usual please check our "System Status" page or contact support.

4. Geographic Availability

As a digital service, Simonclicks is available worldwide. As long as you have an internet connection, you can receive our "shipments" anywhere, instantly.

5. Costs

There are zero shipping fees for any of our products. All delivery costs are included in your subscription or per-generation credit price.
