This website is operated by Simon Ratnakar Ahire. At Simonclicks, we are dedicated to providing premium AI creative solutions. Because our services are digital and involve high computational costs, our refund and return terms are as follows:
1. Nature of Digital "Returns"
As Simonclicks provides intangible, digital assets (AI-generated images and videos), physical returns are not possible. Once a file is generated or downloaded, it is considered "consumed." We do not accept returns based on "change of mind" or subjective creative preferences.
2. Eligibility Duration
You are eligible to request a refund or account credit only under the following conditions:
Technical Failure: If the system fails to deliver the file or the file is corrupted.
Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same transaction.
Request Period: All refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of the transaction date. Requests made after 7 days will not be entertained.
3. Refund Mode & Process
Original Source: Approved refunds will be credited back to the Original Mode of Payment used at the time of purchase (e.g., Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).
Store Credit Option: At the customer’s request, we may issue the refund as Simonclicks Credits, which can be used immediately for future generations.
No Manual Transfers: For security and compliance, we do not issue refunds via cash, cheque, or to a different bank account than the one used for the purchase.
4. Refund Duration (Timeline)
Approval Time: Once you submit a request to [Insert Support Email], our team will review it within 2 business days.
Processing Time: Once approved, the refund is initiated immediately.
Bank Settlement: Depending on your bank or payment processor, the amount will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 working days. (UPI and Wallets are typically faster, while Credit Cards may take the full duration).
5. Cancellation of Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
No further charges will be applied.
You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Note: We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.
