At Simonclicks, we provide flexible plans to suit your creative needs. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair regarding both our subscription services and custom project orders.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Simonclicks subscription at any time through your account settings.

  • Duration: To avoid the next billing cycle's charges, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled renewal date.

  • Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to your plan’s features and any remaining "Generation Credits" until the end of your current billing period.

  • No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for the remaining days of a month if you choose to cancel early.

2. One-Time Purchase / Credit Pack Cancellations

  • Duration: For one-time credit purchases, you may request a cancellation and refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided that zero (0) credits have been used.

  • Automatic Finality: Once a single AI image or video has been generated using a purchased credit pack, the order is considered "active" and is no longer eligible for cancellation.

3. Custom Enterprise / Batch Orders

For large-scale e-commerce projects or custom API integrations:

  • Duration: You may cancel a custom order within 12 hours of payment for a full refund.

  • Late Cancellation: If work has already commenced (processing of assets has begun), a 30% processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover computational and labor costs.

4. How to Cancel

To cancel your service, you can use any of the following methods:

  • Self-Service: Log in to your Dashboard > Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription.

  • Email Support: Send an email to simonscriptup@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request - [Account Email/Order ID]." Email requests are processed within 48 hours.

5. Data Retention After Cancellation

When you cancel a paid plan, your account will be moved to the "Free Tier."

  • Storage: We will host your generated assets for 30 days after your subscription ends. After 30 days, files may be permanently deleted from our servers to optimize storage. We recommend downloading all your assets before the end of your billing cycle.

6. Right to Terminate

Simon Ratnakar Ahire reserves the right to cancel or suspend any account that violates our Terms and Conditions (e.g., generating prohibited content or attempted reverse-engineering of our AI models). In cases of policy violation, no refunds will be issued.
